At McRennett2Home, we take great care to deliver fresh, high-quality bakes. As our products are perishable food items, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Cancellations
- As our products are freshly baked and perishable, orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
- If McRennett cancels your order due to product unavailability, a pricing error, an undeliverable address or suspected fraud, you will receive a full refund.
2. Returns
As our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
3. Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an order that is damaged, incorrect, incomplete or past its best-before date, we'll make it right.
- Contact us within 2 hours of delivery by WhatsApp, phone or email.
- Share your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as appropriate.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
We are unable to offer refunds for:
- Change of mind or personal taste preferences
- Quality issues caused by improper storage after delivery
- Consumption after the best-before date
- Failed deliveries due to an incorrect address, wrong phone number or the recipient being unavailable
- Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
5. Refund Process and Timeline
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet).
- Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation by email, SMS or WhatsApp once your refund is initiated.
