McRennett2Home delivers fresh bakes from our kitchen to your doorstep, fast. Here's how our delivery works.
1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to selected locations in Chennai. Enter your pincode at checkout to check if delivery is available in your area. We are working to expand to more locations soon.
2. Same-Day Express Delivery
- All orders are delivered on the same day they are placed.
- We aim to deliver your order within 60 to 90 minutes of confirmation.
- Most orders are delivered within 120 minutes.
- Same-day delivery applies to orders placed during our delivery hours: 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM. Orders placed outside these hours will be delivered early the next day.
- Orders are processed only after successful payment. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
Delivery times may occasionally be longer due to heavy rain, traffic, festivals, high order volumes or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.
3. Bulk Orders
Planning an office event, birthday party, wedding, school function or festival gifting? We take bulk orders for cakes, snacks, sweets and gift boxes, all baked fresh for your date.
- Advance notice: at least 24 before; 3–5 days for large orders
- Custom options: custom cakes, assorted snack boxes, and branded or personalised gift packs
- Delivery: delivering around Porur, Kovur and nearby areas (within ~5 km), expanding soon

4. Delivery Charges
- Delivery charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout before you pay.
5. Order Updates
You will receive order confirmation and delivery updates by SMS, email or WhatsApp. You can also contact us anytime to check on your order.
6. Receiving Your Order
- Please make sure your delivery address, pincode and phone number are correct, and that someone is available to receive the order.
- McRennett is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details or the recipient being unavailable. Re-delivery, if possible, may incur additional charges.
- Please check your order at the time of delivery. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, take photos and contact us within 2 hours.
7. Packaging and Storage
All products are packed hygienically to keep them fresh during transit. Once delivered, please follow the storage instructions on each pack and consume before the best-before date.
